Chandertal, Himachal
A remote lake in the Himalayas, Chandertal is a serene, idyllic location to spend a few days doing nothing. It can be reached by driving or walking 14 km along a dusty trail off the road from Kunzum La between Lahaul and Spiti. The nearest town is Manali. Accommodation? Bring your own tent. And food.
